What You're Walking Into

This isn't another Bible study where you consume content and move on. It's not the latest small group curriculum that ends with everyone saying "that was nice" and nothing changing. And it's not a casual hangout where you stay surface-level and call it community.

A discipleship group is a small group of people who walk together through a proven 27-session process designed to help you:

  • Grow deeper in your relationship with Jesus

  • Build real, meaningful friendships

  • Become someone who can help others do the same

Most groups meet weekly or every other week for 6 to 12 months. Your leader sets the schedule.

Don't Have an Invite Yet?

Discipleship groups work best when there's a personal connection — usually someone who knows you, sees something in you, and asks you in. If no one has invited you yet, here are your options:

  • Ask around. Talk to people in your church, your neighborhood, or your community. Someone may already be planning a group — or willing to start one with you.

"What If I'm Not Ready?"

Many participants felt the same way.

They wondered if they belonged. They weren't sure they had time. They didn't know if they'd have anything to say.

And then they showed up anyway.

"This last year probably saved my life. I say that as a guy who has struggled with depression. The prayer and connection with the people in my group, coupled with the power of the Spirit, turned my outlook around, gave me friends to rely on, and support to take on each day and succeed."Dave

The orientation will prep you. The workbook will guide you. Your group will walk with you. You don't need to have it figured out — you just need to be willing to show up.

What Participants Are Saying

"This group made me go from needing more intimacy with God to wanting it. Having people pray for me and disciple me has been life-changing."
Ashley B.‍ ‍

"I had been looking for a small group that was more than just a Bible study. Ordinary Movement was exactly what I needed."
Brian M.‍ ‍

"Ordinary Women encouraged me to take action in my spiritual life. After taking the initial step of spending more time with the Lord, I began to notice how He was working in and through me to reach the people closest to me. On top of that, I made some incredible friendships that will last a lifetime."

Your Group Is Waiting

If someone invited you, they saw something in you. Not because you're perfect. Not because you have all the answers. But because they believe you're ready for more — and they want to walk alongside you while you find it.

That's how movements start. One ordinary person saying yes.

Take the next step.
