AI POLICY (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DATA ANALYSIS)

This section is our AI Policy. It explains how Ordinary Movement uses your information and answers with AI tools.

We use artificial intelligence and analysis tools across our work. These include Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Grok (xAI), Gemini (Google), and call recording and transcription tools such as Otter, and may include others as we add or change tools.

These tools may have access to any information we hold, including your form answers, workbook answers and notes, messages, contact details, and activity. Some connect directly to our email, documents, spreadsheets, and contact systems. We use both business and personal accounts on these platforms. Depending on the account and the provider's terms, a provider may use what we enter to train and improve its own models. Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are not part of this. We do not put them into AI tools.

We use these tools for data tracking, analytics, drafting, organizing our work, learning what we can about our community, and improving our platform and programs.

Answers from any AI assistant in our Services can be wrong and are not professional advice of any kind.

WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH

We do not sell your information, and we do not sell or rent our contact lists to other organizations. Some sharing with advertising partners, such as through tracking pixels, may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws.

We do share information with the service providers, platforms, and advertising partners we use to run and grow our ministry. Each handles your information under its own terms and privacy policy, and some, such as advertising and AI platforms, may also use it for their own purposes under those terms.   • Keap, our contact system and texting tool until our move to HubSpot is complete;

  • Clearstream, a texting tool;
