Your Journey with Ordinary Movement

Discipleship isn't a program you complete — it's a lifestyle you grow into. Here's the path.

Where Are You?

I'm Just Getting Started | I've Led a Group | I Want to Go Deeper

Phase 1: Lead Your First Group

This is where most people start.

You gather a small group of men or women. You walk through our 27-session process together.
You grow in intimacy with Jesus. You build intentional relationships.
And somewhere along the way, you become a disciple-maker.

What you get:

  • Free platform and app access

  • Leader training (self-paced videos)

  • Coaching and support from our team

  • A proven workbook that guides every session

  • A community of leaders doing the same thing

Time commitment: Weekly or bi-weekly meetings for 6-12 months

Phase 2: Multiply & Mentor

You've led a group. You've seen lives change. Now what?

This is where multiplication happens. Your group members become leaders. You become a mentor. And the movement grows.

Your next steps:

Ordinary Community group meeting at restaurant for fellowship and accountability

Continue with an OC Group (Ordinary Community)

Your original group ended — but the relationships don't have to.

OC Groups are a lighter-touch way to stay connected with people you've discipled. You meet monthly (instead of weekly), stay accountable, and keep the first things first.

Best for: Leaders who've completed a group and want to maintain community while their members launch their own groups.

Mentor New Leaders

The people in your group are ready to lead. But they need someone to walk with them.

As a mentor, you coach 3-6 new group leaders — answering questions, praying with them, and helping them navigate challenges. This is how movements multiply.

Best for: Experienced leaders who want to invest in the next generation of disciple-makers.

Helpling rally disciple-making community

Become a Local Rep

Take ownership of the movement in your city or region.

Local Reps connect disciple-makers to one another, help launch new groups, and create community among OM leaders in their area. You're the boots on the ground.

Best for: Leaders with a heart for their local community and a desire to see the movement grow in their region.

Phase 3: Go Deeper

These are ways to stay connected to the heart of the movement — no matter where you are in the journey.

Third Thursdays (Prayer Team)

Everything we do flows from intimacy with Jesus. Third Thursdays is our monthly prayer gathering — a time to intercede for the movement, for leaders, and for the people being discipled.

When: Third Thursday of every month Format: Virtual gathering

We believe that apart from abiding in Jesus, we can do nothing. This is where we abide together.
