By God’s grace and through our team of partners and leaders, we’ve seen over 114 groups, 113 leaders, and 597 participants in our short existence!
Most importantly, we continue to hear stories from leaders and participants about how this discipleship process is helping them grow in intimacy with Jesus, and be equipped to take their next steps as disciple-makers.
We’re still in the early years as an organization, and we've only just begun our approach to making this movement available at a rapid speed. Almost daily now, we are seeing people find OM as they search for resources and help in making disciples. In fact, in the last several months since launching our improved platform, we've seen our largest number of group sign-ups, and a noteworthy 68% of them were as a result of our new online strategy to reach potential leaders.
The results have been beyond our expectations, and we are constantly impacted by the feedback from new leaders who express so much gratitude for having found a solution to the void in discipleship they were experiencing. What we are seeing truly is a movement!
As you know, our team is lean, consisting of volunteers (like myself and Emily), one employee, and several contractors. We have scaled to hundreds of participants all while maintaining an operating budget that is low overhead and extremely efficient. Know that we are committed to leading strategically, not traditionally, when it comes to making dollars go the farthest. However, the urgency to provide a discipleship solution and to reach those who don't know we exist is more compelling than ever, and we are praying for thousands next year.
Our goal in 2025 is to 9x our reach and to see a massive wave of new groups. To do so, we are praying for kingdom-minded individuals whom God is leading to invest in this disciple-making movement. There is no investment too small or too big, and we welcome both monthly and annual partners.
