Become a Strategic Partner Through Our Discipleship Impact Fund

We are building a perpetual funding vehicle through our Donor Advised Fund to cover 50% our annual operational costs. This is a separate financial goal, pursued through large donations, while we continue raising our current annual budget. Once this investment goal is reached, we will shift greater efforts toward catalyzing disciple-making movements—eliminating less need for ongoing heavy fundraising.

  • Self-sustaining through strategic investments and passive-income models

  • As reliance on fundraising decreases, more resources and energy flow directly into disciple-making and leader development.

  • Replicable model for other Kingdom nonprofits seeking financial freedom

  • Will be funded by appreciating assets that deliver yield and cash flow

The Discipleship Impact Fund was built for long-term integrity and sustainable impact—structured with input from top leaders in finance and nonprofit strategy.

  • Doug Kiesewetter — CEO of Cogency Power & Chairman of WaterStone; veteran of 10+ start-ups with $100M+ exits. Doug gave insights into the fund’s capital structure and guardrail suggestions to ensure growth without mission drift.

  • Becca Spradlin — Founder of On Mission Advisors; expert in organizational alignment and strategic execution. Becca consulted on our governance framework, compliance standards, and faith alignment protocols that keep OM anchored to its founding mission.

Governance Principles:

  • Designed to protect against mission drift by capping operational coverage at 50%

  • Appreciating, yield-based assets fund operations while principal remains untouched for perpetual impact.

  • Annual 10-point audit on results, stewardship, and alignment to original vision.

  • Board reaffirmation of faith and values each year to maintain theological and cultural integrity.

  • Fund prioritizes Ordinary Movement first, then extends support to other aligned disciple-making efforts.

Donors may contribute assets such as stocks, equity, business interests, Bitcoin, or real estate, receiving tax-deductible benefits while supporting our long-term goal of financial independence. Contributions can be made through trusted giving platforms, including WaterStone, NCF, and others.

Intimacy with Jesus is at our core and we believe the best multiplication comes from this starting point.

We started a disciple-making movement with core values such as intimacy with Jesus, intentional relationships, and multiplication in mind. Everything we do is geared towards raising up ordinary men and women, helping them to see their full potential to be disciples who make disciples.

Your financial contributions go towards making this vision a present reality.
