Your Launch Guide
Use the steps below to begin forming your launch plan:
-
My ideal launch date is: ____________
(Tip: Aim for a Fall or Spring start—September or February tend to work well.)
(Consider: Who should I discuss this with—my current leader, a possible co-leader, my spouse, my family, and/or my pastor?) -
My preferred meeting day/time/location: ____________
Reminder: These details are just a starting point—a moving target. Stay flexible. Your plans will likely shift based on who says yes and what works best for them. -
Who I want to invite:

Make a list of anywhere from 1 to 10 people.
Can not come up with 10 names? No problem. Just start with whoever you’d like to invite. Some may say no—that happens to us all. Sometimes people aren’t ready yet, but we pursue them anyway. It’s also wise to invite 2–5 more people than your ideal group size, knowing not everyone will be able to commit.
Try to personally invite people at least 45 days before your launch date so they have time to consider and prepare.
Now that you’ve got a rough plan in place, it’s time to move forward with intention—praying, inviting, and taking the next step. -
Don’t rush into invites just yet.
Go ahead and sign up as a leader (on our app through the button in the next section) and complete the training first.
Once that’s done, you’ll be ready to invite your group and prep for launch.
