Jordan Trotman | Operations Assistant

Jordan Trotman serves as the Operations Assistant for Ordinary Movement. Jordan came to OM with a background in operations and a deep conviction that the greatest need in the church today isn't more content — it's more disciple-makers. The mission to make disciples who make disciples wasn't just a statement Jordan agreed with. It was the kind of work worth actually showing up for. Jordan joined the team because ordinary people becoming disciples who multiply — not just completing a group — is exactly the movement worth giving your time to.

Jordan is passionate about building systems that serve the mission, equipping leaders with what they need before they know they need it, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between vision and execution. Jordan has worked across operations, communications, and ministry support, and brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to everything that touches the OM team and the leaders it serves.

Jordan loves nerding out on systems and admin work, solving problems that actually matter, and the simple truth that God doesn't need impressive people — just willing ones.
