Yes, we want to see multiplication. We want to see disciples that make disciples. We want to see churches reignited by men who are on mission and full of passion. We want to see cities, societies, and generations changed. We want to make an impact on families, marriages, sons, daughters, orphans, the poor, the forgotten. We want to reach the lost and awaken the found!

We are not concerned with growing OM; we are concerned with growing the Kingdom of God. This is what brings us urgency and why we are focused on seeing men multiply into new groups. We have nothing to sell; we have no financial benefit in new groups forming. We simply want to see the name of Jesus lifted high. And we believe that the tools, resources and discipleship provided by OM is an excellent platform to do just this. One of the greatest benefits of OM for a leader is the ability to encourage multiplication while giving men easy next steps with which to do so, all while taking the big lift off of you. I am praying that your men will see this as well.

Thank you for leading and for leading well.

Thank you for being a man with courage.

Thank you for putting your excuses aside and being willing.

You have changed the environment around you this year, and I look forward to many years of walking together as we make disciples who make disciples. We would be honored to continue this partnership with you if you would like to lead another group or step into mentorship, and would welcome a conversation with you about this going forward!
