Paula is the Social Media Manager for Ordinary Movement, where she combines creativity and purpose to build a strong digital presence. She is in charge of putting together reels that connect and inspire, managing content uploads, and driving meaningful engagement on social media platforms. Paula finds joy in creating authentic and inspiring content that reflects the team's mission and resonates deeply with their audience.

Casey is a dedicated husband, father to two wonderful children, and proud grandfather. With 21 years of service as a career firefighter/paramedic, Casey has shown a commitment to community safety and well-being.

Jeremy Duggins is the Senior Pastor of Revive Church in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Before becoming a Senior Pastor, Jeremy served as an Associate Pastor for seven years and co-founded Revive School, a discipleship program designed to equip individuals to build God’s Kingdom wherever they are called to go.

Billy Barber is the Secretary / Treasurer of Ordinary Movement and has co-led several OM groups.

Billy is a licensed CPA and is the owner of Barber Accounting & Advisory Services, LLC located in Fredericksburg, VA. He is excited to serve on the Board of Directors and utilize his accounting and financial background to forward the mission of Ordinary Movement.

Billy grew up in Stafford, VA. After graduating from Colonial Forge High School he attended the University of Richmond, where he played varsity baseball for 4 years. He and his wife Ashley have a daughter, Brooke, and two sons, Graham and Nolan. His family resides in Stafford, VA where he enjoys coaching his children's youth sports teams, watching Fredericksburg Nationals minor league baseball games, golfing and spending time with his family and friends. 

As the Founder of Ordinary Movement and Director of Ordinary Men, Jeremy McCommons casts and protects the vision God has given for the organization. As a visionary and leader of the organization, he also finds it important to continue to lead OM groups and mentor leaders, keeping discipleship at the forefront of what we do as an organization and what he does as the Director.

Emily Webb is the Director of Ordinary Women, has led several OW groups, and is the wife of Chad Webb who leads as a mentor within Ordinary Men. When Emily saw the change that was occurring in Chad’s life because of Ordinary Men, she knew she wanted the same thing for herself and for other women.

Wes is the Creative Director for Ordinary Movement. He got involved through connections in Fredericksburg, Virginia that led him to edit videos for Ordinary Men. Eventually he started editing the Ordinary Discussions Podcast and was asked to take on more responsibility in the organization.

Alex is the Director of Operations of Ordinary Movement. He attended Ordinary Men for the first time in 2020 as he was looking for a better discipleship tool for his church’s groups. He loved the group and knew OM would be a great tool for his church to leverage for equipping disciple-makers.

Vannessa is the Executive Assistant for Ordinary Movement. Born and raised in Bolivia, South America, but “V” (as she’s affectionately known by her coworkers) is currently living in the “Sunshine State.”
