You Can Make Disciples.
We'll Show You How.

A simple discipleship process you can lead in a small group — and a movement of ordinary believers doing it together across the nation.

No seminary degree required. Just a willingness to lead.

Start a Group

You love Jesus. You're connected to a church. You know you're supposed to make disciples.

But nobody ever showed you how.

You've tried Bible studies. You've attended small groups. But something's missing — there's no clear path from "church attender" to "disciple-maker."

You're not alone.

Most Christians feel this gap. They want to do more than consume — they want to contribute. But without a clear process, the calling stays unfulfilled.

And here's the hard truth:

Another year will pass. The nudge from the Holy Spirit will keep coming. And the people you could have invested in will keep waiting for someone to step up.

It doesn't have to be that way.

Feel Called to Lead But Don't Know Where to Start?

Women's Small Group on Discipleship

We know what it's like to want more than another Bible study — to feel the weight of Jesus' command to "make disciples" but have no idea where to start.

We've sat in small groups that felt more like content consumption than life transformation. We've wondered if we were "qualified enough" to lead. We've asked, "Why isn't anyone showing us how to do this?"

That's exactly why Ordinary Movement exists.

We Built the Process We Wish We'd Had

We didn't just create a curriculum. We built a reproducible discipleship process that ordinary men and women can actually lead — and pass on to others.

What makes it work:

  • A proven 27-session workbook built around Intimacy with Jesus, Intentional Relationships, and Multiplication

  • Separate tracks for Men, Women, and Co-Ed groups

  • Coaching, training, and a platform that supports you every step

  • A high-grace, high-challenge culture that pushes you to grow — not just attend

  • Real multiplication: groups producing 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generation disciple-makers

"My current group leader drew all of us to this movement. This is the type of movement that I personally have been looking and praying for. Not just another Bible study, but one that deepens your relationship with Jesus and develops new disciples." - Michael

You don't need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be willing.
We'll guide you from there.

Ordinary Movement isn't just a discipleship curriculum you download and run alone.

It's a grassroots movement of ordinary men and women across the nation who are done with consumer Christianity — and are stepping into ownership of the Great Commission.

Firefighters. Teachers. Business owners. Stay-at-home moms. Mechanics. Nurses. Retirees.

People who aren't pastors. People who don't have theology degrees. People who simply said, "I'm willing" — and discovered they could lead a group that changes lives.

When you start a group, you're not doing this alone.

You're joining a national community of disciple-makers who carry the same high-grace, high-challenge culture. You're connected to leaders who've been where you are. And you're part of a movement that's producing 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generation groups — disciples making disciples making disciples.

This is what it looks like when ordinary people take the Great Commission seriously.

Not a program to complete. A lifestyle to live.

What You'll Experience

CORE

        Values

  • We prioritize our relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, knowing that our identity can only be found through intimacy with Him. Everything in our Christian walk flows from our time spent with the Lord. We long to grow in intimacy with Jesus, making our faith personal. Intimacy with Jesus births passion that fuels our faith.

  • Instead of individualism and isolation, we commit to sacrificing our time and schedules to invest in others, building intentional relationships anchored in the Lord. We do what we say, we make time for others, and we maintain teachable hearts. We understand that our lives matter because other’s lives depend on us.

  • We commit to being disciples who make disciples, focused on putting our faith into action. We act out of calling from a place of intimacy and passion produced in time spent with God. First we sit and listen, then we go and do. While Ordinary Movement groups are designed to strengthen and empower the believer, we do not exist to create a “holy huddle.” On the contrary, Ordinary Movement believes that as each participant becomes fully alive in his individual walk with Christ, from this place of intimacy they will be empowered to reach others around them who are lost. So while multiplication within Ordinary Movement groups will be specific to believers participating in intentional discipleship, the result will, and must be, a spreading of the Gospel among the communities in which we live and the people with whom we interact daily. The ultimate goal is that each person will bring new believers into the Ordinary Movement process and teach them to be disciples who make disciples.

Go from "I don't know how" to confidently leading a thriving group that changes lives — and watching it multiply.

Real Stories
from Real Leaders

"This last year probably saved my life. I say that as a guy who has struggled with depression, and leading up to the start of OM, I was near my lowest point. The prayer and connection with the fellas in OM, coupled with the power of the Spirit, turned my outlook around, gave me friends to rely on, and support to take on each day and succeed."

— OM Participant

"Ordinary Women greatly deepened my intimacy with the Lord! This group made me go from needing more intimacy with God to wanting it! Having women pray for me and disciple me has been life-changing."

— Ashley B.

"I had been looking for a small group that was more than just a Bible study. Not that there is anything wrong with Bible studies, I just wanted something more challenging. Ordinary Movement was exactly what I needed. Our group grew together in Jesus and all of us want every man in our community to have what we have."

— Brian M.

"If you are seeking a turn-key solution to start or continue your discipleship journey, look no further! The curriculum is spot on, the process is dialed in, and the leadership couldn't be farther from self-righteous. You want in on this."

— Jonny D.
